Step Five: Moving towards construction - Executing a Contract

At this stage we will review together, all the contract documents and join our relationship to build you your new home.  You will receive a “Homeowner’s Manual” that will include much information about your new home. 

This manual will need to accompany you to every meeting we have during the building process.  There will be many things to reference and you will want to make notes on various items.  The manual is so important that if you forget the Homeowner’s Manual we will have to re-schedule the meeting.
