Stone Ridge Villages First Filing is (SOLD OUT) a 64 acre mixed use master planned phase located in Woodland Park, Colorado. Approximately 36 single family home sites, Neighborhood commercial and condo/apartments on 14 acres, 8 acres of park land and open space, plus, 12 acres of commercial land serving the Stone Ridge Village community and Woodland Park. The intent is to create an architectural theme that can continue throughout all of the construction with architectural control guidelines.
Residential is the primary use in the first filing of the community planning for futures uses to come to the market as the community grows. Filing one has 15 lots of approximately 11,000 square feet with a standard frontage of 70 feet and an average depth of 158 feet., 12 larger lots average 15,000 square feet and are 105 feet frontage with 150 feet depth, plus 8 larger lots on a small cul-de-sac.
Our objective in the first phase is to offer a building program to the community that would allow various choices to the consumer.
Initial concept: Four foundation footprints with various floor plans relating to each footprint. ie base rancher with basement, possible use of cantilevers and bump outs to vary the plan. Evolve the rancher to a 1 ½ story home and then a full two story home. Each plan would offer a minimum 2 car garage and a three car option.
First Footprint - 1000 to 1200 sf rancher, add basement, second story partial or full.
Second footprint - 1200 to 1400 sf rancher, add basement, second story partial or full
Third footprint - 1400 to 1600 sf rancher, add basement, second story partial or full
Fourth footprint - 1600 to 1800 sf rancher, add basement, second story partial or full
During our PUD submittal we identified concept elevations to express the character we were looking for. These are not cast in stone and can be amended to reflect the final design we use. We would tie into this Community Design, Entry features, street signage, interior monuments and the like.
Covenants and construction Design Guidelines were created to create the architectural integrity of this community. Lots are currently SOLD OUT directly or thru the builder of your choice.
